Supporting you to a less anxious way of being

Feeling anxious may be something that is new to you or it might be something you have be dealing with for as long as you can remember.   However, it doesn't have to be the thing that rules your life and emotional wellbeing.  

I can support you to reconnect with the real you and uncover the root cause of your anxiety and what triggers episodes of anxiety.  We can work together to identify new coping strategies to help you navigate your life with more confidence. 

My Services

I offer one to one sessions, in person or online, where I provide a safe, confidential space for you to fully explore and express your feelings without fear of judgement.  I will support you to have a better understanding of how your anxiety is impacting on your emotional well-being.  I will help you explore triggers for episodes of  anxiety and provide a safe space to identify the root cause.

I can offer suggestions of tools and techniques that you can try to help alleviate your anxiety based on your individual experience.  I can signpost you and refer you to appropriate resources and, if appropriate, other professionals to help you understand and address your anxiety
